My home is situated on the quiet residential community of Sunrise Lakes.

The villa has four bedrooms, comprising two master bedrooms with ensuites and two twin rooms sharing the third bathroom. It also boasts a south facing heated pool and spa which is not overlooked from behind, giving you that extra privacy not offered by all homes.

The garage has been converted into a Games Room which will keep all members of the family amused, whatever their age. The room comprises of a Pool table and Air Hockey table, along with an electronic dartboard.

Walt Disney World is a realistic 20 minutes away, and all other major Orlando attractions are within easy reach.

With Free secure WI-FI internet, the supermarket on your doorstep, a Walmart Supercenter minutes away, various restaurants and championship golf courses also close at hand I believe that this is The Ideal Location for your holiday.
